Richard "Ricky" Joseph Ackerman, born August 7, 1965 in Memphis, TN, went to be with the Lord on August 3, 2011. Ricky leaves behind his wife of 25 years, Jackie; son William Joseph "BJ" Ackerman (Jennifer) of Millington, TN; daughter, Samantha Crumley (Brett) of Newark, TX; two granddaughters, Gracie and Haley, and one grandson, Miles; parents, Bill and Betty Ackerman of Memphis, TN; two sisters; and numerous other loving family members and friends. Services will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2011, at Collierville Funeral Home, Collierville, TN beginning at 1:00 pm for visitation, and the memorial service to follow at 2:00 pm with Bro.
