Richard W. Barnett, 62 of Bluffton, passed away, Thursday, October 18, 2012 at his home. He was born on December 24, 1949 in Fort Wayne. He worked as a cook manager at Bill's Palace until his retirement. A memorial service will be held for he and his borther, Ronald at a later date.
