Age 70 of Coon Rapids. Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Alice and son-in-law, Dave Kolar. Survived by first and only wife of 47 years, Ruth; children, Sue Kolar, Loren, Kerri (Pat) Sutton, Dave (Erika) and Mike; grandchildren, Jake, Rachel, Becca, Kacie, Cameron, Jack, Lindsey, Sam and Max; sister, Bette (Marlyn) Theisen; father-in-law, Earle Lindquist, other family and dear friends. Dick was truly loved and will be deeply missed. A Celebration of Dick's Life will be held on Tuesday, April 26th at 11 a.m. with a time for family and friends from 10 - 11 a.m. at ADVENT Lutheran Church 540 East River Rd. in Anoka. Private inurnment. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
