RICK N.BAER –
Passed away suddenly on July 14, 2012 at his home in Seven Bays, WA. Rick born May 18, 1945 in Coulee Dam, WA to Rolan E. and Tressie M. (Anderson) Baer. Rick graduated from Wilbur High School in 1963, attended the University of Idaho for 2 years and graduated with a BA in Business from EWSC (now E.W.U). He was in the US Army and serviced in the 18th Engineers Division in Vietnam, he was discharged in 1970. Rick worked in San Francisco Bay area. In 1975 he married Susan Seefried and they continued to live in the Bay area until 2007 when he moved to the Seven Bays area and built his new home there. His daughter Kate was born in 1986. Rick was a general contractor, avid skier, enjoyed hunting and fishing and the outdoors. He is survived by his daughter Kate (US Army) Fort Hood, TX, wife Susan Baer of Bay area, CA, one nephew Brian Anderson of Seattle, WA and many cousins. A memorial graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Wilbur Cemetery, Wilbur, WA. Memorials may be made to the U.S.O at www.uso.org.
