Ricky A. Jackson, 43, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2012. He worked for Aldi Foods, Triscape Inc., and Dollar General. He enjoyed spending his time golfing, playing basketball, watching Notre Dame and Chicago Bears football, and hunting. Surviving family include his mother, Dorothy Jackson; daughters, Alyssa Jackson, Kayla Jackson; granddaughter, Kenzie Beamer; brothers, Calvin Jackson, Jeffery Jackson; sisters, Pam Runkel, Debbie Jackson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his father, Meredith "Jack" Jackson. A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm on Friday, November 30, 2012 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 4-8 pm on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
