Robert G. Bidder, 57, of Nashua, NH, formerly of Beverly and Danvers, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 15, 2010 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua.
He was born in Somerville, MA on July 1, 1953, the son of the late Robert J. and Eileen (Welch) Bidder.
Bob was educated in the Danvers school system, graduating from Danvers High School class of 1971. He then attended UMASS, taking business courses. He was employed as a Technical Support Manager for Oracle in Burlington, Ma and most recently for Dell in Nashua. Bob loved motorcycles, owning and operating Granite State V-Twin motorcycle shop in Hudson. His greatest passion was spending time with his grandsons, Austin and William.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother, Paul Bidder.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Anne (Deschenes) Bidder; two daughters, Lisa Bidder and Thomas Joyce of Nashua, and Amy Bidder and her fiancé Joseph O'Brien of Jaffrey, NH; a sister, Linda Manning and her husband Richard of Nashua; two grandsons, Austin Bidder and William Joyce; and three nephews, Christopher and Ryan Manning, and Andrew Deschenes.
Visiting hours were held on Thursday, November 18, 2010 from 4 PM to 8 PM at ST. LAURENT FUNERAL HOME, 116 ELM STREET, NASHUA, NH 03060. Following cremation, a Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 10 AM at Immaculate Conception Church in Nashua. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery in Nashua.
