Robert Gaytan Cortez Jr. passed away on January 30th 2012 at the age of 48.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Gonzales Cortez Sr. and Petra Gaytan.
Robert is survived by his brother Manuel Cortez (of Bartlett); his sister Lidia Taisler (of Bartlett); his sister Beatrice Ramon and her husband Julio (of Mason); his sister Martha Cortez and her husband Steven (of San Antonio); his brother Samuel Cortez and his wife Priscilla (of Holland); his brother Edward Cortez and his wife Jill (of Temple); and his sister Natalia Cortez (of San Antonio) as well as many nieces and nephews.
A visitation and rosary were held Thursday February 2nd, 2012, at 6pm at Goodnight Funeral Home in Bartlett, TX.
A funeral mass was held Friday February 3rd, 2012, at 11am at Ss. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Granger, Texas.
Robert G. Cortez Jr. was laid to rest in Holy Cross Cemetery, Granger TX on Friday February 3rd 2012.
