Bob was an Elmer to me who sparked my interest in public service/ham radio. Although our lives only touched briefly I remember him as if I just saw him yesterday. He had that kind of effect on people. Bob will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

We never had the pleasure or the honor of meeting Mr. Holdford, but our hearts and prayers are with his family at this time. He just had to be a wonderful Dad, Husband and Grand Father to all of those children, because his Daughter, Teresa Larsen, has been taught very well by her parents, and is such a jewel and so kind to everyone at Fedex in Memphis. Her parents and family are special to us at Fedex. Love you.
Most Respectfully,
The Rick Leigh Family

Mr. Bob as I knew him was one of the most amazing people I ever knew. He filled many of my bike riding Saturdays with inspiration. I will never forget all the stories you told to keep Teresa and me from thinking about the ride. I will miss you Mr. Bob.
