Clark; parents, Ivan and Josephine Bailey; four siblings-Alberta, Bill, Betty, and Bob. Survived by daughter Cheryl Eby Miller and son-in-law, Doug Miller, Beaver Lake, NE; son, Douglas M. Eby, Omaha, NE; granddaughter, Erica Eby and great-grand daughter, Peyton, Papillion, NE; sister, Lucille Swafford, Pasadena, CA; many nieces and nephews. Special thanks for her care to everyone at UNMC, Hillcrest Hospice Care and Victoria Gardens, and Gretna Community Living Center.
Memorial service will be Friday, February 22, 2013, at 4 p.m. with visitation following from 5 -6:30 p.m. at West Hills Church, 3015 S. 82 Ave., Omaha, NE. Family suggests donation to the Midlands Chapter of Alzheimer's Association or West Hills Church in lieu of flowers.
