Rosa Bihm, 94, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at a local care center.
She was a resident of Welsh, LA, and a native of Mowata, LA. Rosa worked for and retired from Jeff Davis parish school board. She loved shopping, gardening, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Welsh.
She is survived by her daughter, Wilma Bihm Morales and husband Gene of Conroe, Texas; daughter in law, Pris A. Bihm of Thornwell; 8 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 10 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Emery Bihm; son, Belton Bihm; parents, Noah and Ozia Cormier Aguillard; and 4 brothers.
Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Hixson Funeral Home in Welsh. Father McMillan will officiate. Her visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at Hixson Funeral Home in Welsh. Burial will follow the service at Oaklawn Cemetery.
