Ross Eugene "Gene" Gant, 83, passed away Friday, August 27, 2010 in Iowa Park. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Monday, August 30, 2010 at the Tenth & Broad Church of Christ with Mr. Larry Suttle officiating. Private committal services will follow at the Lakecreek Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home in Iowa Park.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Virginia (Collier) Gant of Iowa Park; two daughters, Lisa McGee of Wichita Falls and Kara Gant of Iowa Park; one brother, Kenneth Gant of Wichita Falls; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1 PM at the Tenth & Broad Church of Christ. Memorials may be made to the Iowa Park Volunteer Fire Department in Iowa Park or to the Wichita Christian Schools, 4729 Neta Lane, Wichita Falls, TX 76302.
