Rubina M. Amoresano, 70, passed away at her residence in Morris Plains on Christmas Eve, 2013. Her children will receive relatives and friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., on Sunday, December 29, 2-6 PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating her life will be offered at Our Lady of Mercy Chapel, 100 Whippany Rd., Whippany, on Monday, December 30, at 10 AM followed by the entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
Rubina was born in Montecorice, Italy and had lived in Livingston moving to Morris Plains in 1996. More than just a homemaker, she took meticulous pride in her home and family and was passionate about baking and gardening.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Armando, she is survived by her devoted children, Bruno and his wife Michelle, Rita Pepe and her husband James, Nancy Amoresano and her loving grandchildren, Nicole, Michelle, Erika, Julia, Jimmy, Michael and Mason.
