ALBRECHT, Ruby V., 91, of Richmond, Va., widow of Herald L. Albrecht passed away February 17, 2013.She is survived by her two daughters, Elizabeth Strand and her husband, Robert, and Linda Albrecht; also two grandsons, Peter and Andrew Strand.
