Acquaviva, Sam J. Jr. 83, of Wesley Chapel, passed away October 28, 2011. He is survived by his wife Carol; his children Robyn, Lisa, John, Holly, and Angelique; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 1 brother and 1 sister; and his dog Peenut.
