Saundra R. Burns
of Lockport passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 5, 2013.
Saundra was born in Lockport on January 28, 1951 daughter of the late Duane and Dorothy (Ingram) Webber.
She graduated from Royalton-Hartland High School and in l972 she graduated from Highland Hospital School of Nursing.
She was employed as an RN at Eastern Niagara Hospital for 33 years and she was an independent beauty consultant with Mary Kay for 16 years.
Saundra enjoyed her family, was an avid boater, was a member of the Olcott Yacht Club and the Power Squadron.
Mother of Jeffrey (Connie) Burns of South Carolina, sister of Bruce (Lesa Bennett) Webber of Middleport.
Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call Sunday from 3PM to 6 PM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport.
A graveside service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at Huskey Cemetery.
Memorials to the Lockport YWCA would be appreciated by the Burns family.

Saundra was my Mary Kay recruiter. She was such a wonderful and sweet woman. Saundra was always offering help to me and always a nice person to talk to. I will miss her. May the family find peace in the memories they shared together.

My husband and I knew Saundra from the Dock at Olcott where we docked our boats. She has been near us for several years now. Everyone on the dock knew that she went out to watch the sunset often! One of the sweetest women I have ever known! The dock will not be the same without her! Love to her family and friends!
