ASHLOCK, SHERRY L., 56, of Louisville, left to be with our Heavenly Father Saturday, November 14, 2009.
She was a member of South Louisville Christian Church, a graduate of Butler High School class of 1970, was retired from General Electric and was member of the Louisville Board of Realtors.
She also lived her life trying to find a way to fight autism for her son.
She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth E. Givens.
She is survived by a son, Jeffrey Ashlock; daughter, Casey Ashlock Hall (Rob Blankenship) of Clarksville, IN; mother, Joann Givens; sisters, Paula Esterle (Craig) of Cincinnati, OH and Scarlet Vogelsang; granddaughters, Kierstin and Kaitlin Hall; nieces and nephews, Brittany Raibick (Ryan), Ashley Esterle, and Jacob and Caleb Vogelsang; great-nephew, Luke Raibick; two of her dearest friends, Brenda Marcum and Arlene Lyons; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She will be deeply missed by all.
Her funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at O.D. White & Sons Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2727 S. 3rd St., with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
