Susan J. (Trimm) Branning, 75 of Huntington passed away at 8:46 a.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at her home.
She was born on June 28, 1937 in Fort Wayne, a daughter of Joseph and Louella (Volmer) Trimm.
She was united in marriage to Fred Branning in California. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include three daughters: Kathy Parker of Fort Wayne; Alice (Tom) Shaw of Huntington; Melissa Blauvelt of Fort Wayne; a son: Donald Blauvelt of Huntington; three brothers: Garvin (Bev) Trimm of Fort Wayne; Warren "Beano" (Sharon) Trimm of Mishawaka, IN; Joseph (Shirley) Trimm of Abberville, KA; a sister: Annalee Trimm; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son: David Blauvelt and a sister: Sandra Trimm Golding.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 5, 2012 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, Indiana.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel with Condon Powers officiating.
Interment will be at the Catholic Cemetery in Fort Wayne.
