Ackerman, Sylvia [nee Maurer] died on January 30 at the Jewish Home at Rockleigh, NJ, formerly of North Bergen and Coconut Creek, Florida. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 67 years, Harry Ackerman. She is survived by her daughters Dianne, Janet [Phillip Siegel] and Linda [Steven Bleiweiss], her grandchildren, Robin Askins [August Vettorino], Scott Askins [Rowena Penaranda], Jenna Greene [Scott Greene], Erin Bleiweiss [Jesse Monahan] and Lauren Bleiweiss [Rob Baird], as well as her great grandchildren, Samantha and Alexa Greene, Mariel Askins and AJ Vettorino.
