Thomas Edwin Arnold, 92, of Texarkana, TX passed away January 10, 2013 at his home. Mr. Arnold was born August 5, 1920 in Texarkana, TX. He was a member of Beech Street Baptist Church; and a member of Certified Public Accountant Association. He retired as a CPA for Arkansas Division of Legislative Auditor after 33 years.
Survivors include his wife, Velma Arnold of Texarkana, TX; step son, Jack E. Foote of Doddridge, AR; daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn and Gary McNatt and Ramona and Roy Stanley all of Texarkana; and Loretta and Randy Thomas of Colorado Springs, CO; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Services will be 3 p.m. , Saturday, January 12, 2013 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Rev. Gary McNatt officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
