Suddenly with his wife by his side at the Hamilton General Hospital on November 2, 2012 at the age of 47. Loving husband of Georgina. Adored dad of Matthew and Kristen. Much loved son of Fred and Pauline Weeks of Toronto. Dear brother of Linda Mason (Ken) both deceased, Catherine Pattison (Brent) and very special little brother of John. Beloved son in law of George and Vicky Doukas. Tom will be missed by his nieces,nephews, extended family and friends. Visitaiton will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave., E., Hamilton (905-387-2111) on Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers on Monday at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at Panagia Greek Orthodox Church (233 East 15th Street, Hamilton) on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment at Mt. Hamilton Cemetery.
