Thomas Hardwick Wilson

February 24, 1926 - September 30, 2012
Thomas Hardwick Wilson, 86, passed away on September 30, 2012 at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart, Florida.

Born in Macon, Georgia, Mr. Wilson had previously lived in New Mexico, Wyoming and St. Lucie County before returning to Stuart three years ago.

He was a fighter pilot on aircraft carriers for the United States Navy and proudly served our country in the Korean War, and overseas in Iceland and Taiwan, retiring at the Rank of Commander.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nancy Wilson of Stuart, Florida; son, Jonathan Wilson of Mountain View, California; son, Malcolm Wilson of Wake Forest, North Carolina; daughter, Rebecca Brown of Jacksonville, Florida; daughter, Christia Li Roberts of Stuart, Florida; one brother, one sister, three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Aycock Funeral Home in Stuart, Florida. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on October 6, 2012 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stuart, Florida with interment to follow at Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart.
