Travis Lee Eldridge, 41, of Muscatine, Iowa, formerly of Moline, IL, passed away on January 7, 2014. Visitation will be held at Runge Mortuary in Davenport, IA, Monday, January 13, 2014 from 4-8, and funeral services at the same location Tuesday at 11:30. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the children, Dakota and Ayden at Black Hawk State Bank. Born August 12, 1972, to Ballard (Curly) Eldridge and Deborah Parr, He graduated from Moline High School and Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. He served in the Navy from 1990 - 1993. Travis is survived by, daughter Dakota, son, Ayden, brother, Cody, and parents Ballard (Curly) and Debby Eldridge. Those lucky enough to have known him will agree, no words can ever convey how truly extraordinary Trav was in life. He was an exceptional Father, Son, Brother, Husband and BEST Friend to many. Additionally, Travis was a volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club in Muscatine, Veteran, and a successful entrepreneur/employer. His most valued assets were his family and friendships. He was known for his ability to find fun in anything, and enjoyed golfing, boating, swimming, and spending time outdoors discovering the world through his children's eyes. He will be missed by everyone that encountered his gregarious smile, smirk, laughter.
