Virginia (Petrucci) Archetto, 87, formerly of Cranston, passed away November 21, 2011 in the Matulaitis Nursing Center, Putnam, CT. She was the wife of John E. Archetto.
Born in Johnston, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Concetta (Parrillo) Petrucci.
Virginia was a volunteer for St. Rocco's Church for many years doing many diverse activities for them.
She was the mother of Joyce A. Grenier, Janet C. Archetto-Pike and Michael J. Archetto; grandmother of Joyce, Nicole and Shana, great grandmother of Peter and sister of the late Louis Petrucci.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9:00 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Rocco's Church, 927 Atwood Avenue, Johnston.
