Norman "Wayne" Allen - A native of Mobile, AL and resident of Saraland, AL passed away Saturday, January 29, 2011 in a local hospital after a lengthy illness. Wayne was a loving husband, brother, daddy and granddaddy. He was a great story-teller and had a love for animals. He worked as a self employed contractor. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Allen and Lucille Whigham Allen. Survivors include a very loving and caring wife, Karlie A. Allen; three sons, Chad (Tanya) Allen, Shea Allen and Mark Allen; step-daughter, Brandy Speicher (Will Fauver); stepson, R. Bryant (Valerie) Hayles; grandchildren, Tyler, Trent, Trace and Wesley Allen, Coral and Amberly Speicher, Canyon Hayles; five siblings, Ann Roberts, Robert "Bob" (Diane) Allen, Jr., Brenda (Jerry) Freeman, Michael Allen and Judy (Tim) Padgett; loving nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
