Wilbur Sellers

May 22, 1923 - February 2, 2013
Whiting - Wilbur Lennon Sellers peacefully passed away on February 2, 2013 at Angelica Place in Romeo, Michigan. He was 89.

Born in Wavery, Virginia, he was a resident of Metuchen and Whiting.

He served in the U.S Coast Guard during WW II in Sea Operations Asiatic Pacific Theater.

Mr Sellers graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a degree in chemical engineering. He then worked at National Lead Company for 30 years.

He is predeceased by his wife Elizabeth Carson Sellers.

Surviving is a son Wendell Sellers of Woodbridge and a daughter Karen Sellers Pelham of Romeo, Michigan.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00pm at the Anderson & campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Road, Whiting. For further information or to send an online condolence, please visit: www.andersonandcampbellwhiting.com.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Brigadier Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown.
