William J. Belter passed away on Dec. 9, 2009 after a 4 year courageous battle with cancer. He was 69 years old.
Bill was a proud former US Navy Diesel Boat Submariner and recently
retired after 47 years of dedicated service at Sunoco Chemicals, Frankfort Plant.
He was the beloved husband of 47 years & soulmate of Elaine Belter (nee Grabowski);
dearest father of Brian (Marlene) Makowski, Stacy (Paul) Euchler, Heidi Folgia,
Wendy (Anthony) Mignano and the late Lynne Makowski; dear grandfather of 16.
