William H. Boulineau Jr. passed away Monday, Feb. 19, 2013. Bill was born in Atlanta on Sept. 5, 1946, to William H. Boulineau and Sarah A. Boulineau. Bill's father was a career Air Force officer and moved quite often until he was 18. He attended three high schools, graduating from Surratt Senior High School in Clinton, Md., in 1964. Bill attended Auburn University, graduating in 1968 with a B.S. in business administration. Bill entered the Air Force in August 1968 and was honorably discharged in August 1972. Bill worked in the international freight forwarding industry for almost 30 years and for the last few years had worked in the export compliance field, most recently at L-3 Communications Integrated Systems in Waco. Bill was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Kathryn B. Shaffar. He is survived by his niece, Holly Shaffar; and many friends in the DFW area and Waco.
