Mrs. Willie Agnes Casper, age 86, of Monroe, GA passed away on November 28, 2012. Mrs. Casper was a loving and devoted Mother, who loved the Lord. She also enjoyed spending time with her pet friend, Max. She retired from Statham Elementary School after 32 years. Mrs. Casper is preceded in death by her husband Charlie Casper. She is survived by son Herbert James Thigpen and daughter Joyce Annette Anderson both of Bethlehem and several cousins. Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 30 from 6 to 8 pm at Smith Funeral Home. Services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012 in Smith Memory Chapel. Interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 770-867-4553
