Adam T. Landgraf, age 31, of Hayward, WI passed away on Monday, June 24, 2013 at Hayward Area Memorial Hospital.
Adam Thomas Landgraf was born February 28, 1982 in Oak Lawn, IL the son of Thomas and Debra (Rundle) Landgraf. Adam was raised in Illinois until his parents purchased the Chippewa Inn Restaurant in 1995 and moved the family to Hayward. In his youth, Adam was known as Adam-Bomb by his family and friends. From a young age Adam had a love of anything with wheels including bikes, skate boards and rollerblades. He was a daredevil with truly no fear. In 2000, Adam was paralyzed in a tragic four-wheeler accident. He later continued his education at WITC in Hayward where he received his High School Equivalency Diploma. He continued schooling at Northcentral Technical College in Wausau and then attended some classes in Eau Claire, WI. After living in Eau Claire for a few years Adam returned to Hayward with his family. Adam was an animal lover and enjoyed watching the deer and birds around the family home. He could watch car shows all day long and lived for the holidays where he could be with all of his family.
Adam is survived by his parents, Tom and Deb Landgraf of Hayward; brother, Eric Landgraf of Hayward; sister, Amanda Landgraf of Robbinsdale, MN; maternal grandmother, Maryann Rundle; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Kennneth Rundle and paternal grandparents, Robert and Evelyn Landgraf.
A memorial service will be held for Adam at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 28, at Anderson-Nathan-Koerpel Funeral Home in Hayward with Pastor Scott Ludford officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday evening and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Friday morning at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Northwoods Humane Society, PO Box 82, Hayward, WI 54843.

I met Adam in Palos Heights, where he would visit his grand parents (The Rundles). We would always ride bikes or anything with wheels. One time we rode our bicycles from Palos Heights to Beverly!!! Crazy kids. Also, i sold his Dad my Honda z-50 dirtbike, the blue one that is in one of the obituary pictures. I know he got enjoyment from that little dirtbike. Adam was a great friend and i always looked forward to when he would stay at his grandparents house in Palos. I genuinely missed Adam when he moved away to WI. And looking back at all the photos and such, truly miss him again. I wish his family the best and offer my deepest condolences. I was just made aware of his passing from my mother, so i am sorry that i'm late to sending my thoughts. God bless his family and friends.

I never knew Adam as an adult, but have many memories of him as a child. What a sweet, wonderful soul, full of life and full of joy. He is going to liven up Heaven with his presence. But Heaven's gain is our loss, for now anyway, and my heart is breaking for Adam's family. May God shine His countenance upon you and give you peace.

Adam was loved by many.... he was always ready with a smile and a hug. It truly saddens me that the world has lost such a bright and vibrant light. But it is also a bitter-sweet loss... I know he is in heaven running circles around angels and he is no longer trapped in a body that wouldnt do as he wished. My heart and prayers are with the Landgraf family. Sending love and light your way guys!
