Adam had the most positive outlook on life and he lived it without fear or complaining. He was always looking for a good time and I was blessed to be a part of so many of those times with him. I'm truly thankful he was in my life.

Adam always displayed the strengths in character that can't be forgotten. I'll miss the laughter, the banter, and the energy he carried day-to-day.

Despite the challenges life threw at Adam, I never heard him once complain, nor did I ever not hear laughter and happiness in his voice. He inspired me, I miss him and I long to be like him in this manner.

Adam brought humor and joy to our clinic every day. He was a wonderful PTa and a wonderful person. Patients mention to me daily how much they miss him. I miss him too. My heart goes out to his family and friends. Nancy Smith

I am so very sorry. Adam was my Physical Therapist. He was such a wonderful young man. The world is a darker place without him.
