Adamante "Addie" Rose Re, 85, of Charlotte died Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Carillon Assisted Living in Monroe. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Mrs. Re was born to the late Anthony Picella and Caroline Tulli Picella on June 10, 1927. Her family relocated to California when Mrs. Re was 10 years old and she resided in Glendora, CA until moving to Charlotte in 2005. Addie had a long and distinguished professional career in Commercial Banking in Southern California. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Mrs. Re was born to the late Anthony Picella and Caroline Tulli Picella on June 10, 1927. Her family relocated to California when Mrs. Re was 10 years old and she resided in Glendora, CA until moving to Charlotte in 2005. Mrs. Re is survived by her sons, Randolph Re and wife Sandra of Charlotte, Stephen Re of Erwin, TN; grandsons, Andrew and Bryan Re both of Austin, TX; great-grandchildren, Isabella and Lorenzo Re both of Austin, TX and several nieces and nephews in CA.
A mass of resurrection will be held 10:30a.m., Saturday, June 23 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1400 Suther Road, Charlotte.
