My sister, Bettie Betancourt Champion, sent me Agnes' obituary. She had the pleasure of meeting her, but since I live in the Seattle area I don't get to Mobile often. My dad was Peter Betancourt, born in l905, son of Bligh and Rosa Cieutat Betancourt. I regret that during my growing up years the our side of the Betancourts didn't get to meet the other "kin". You have my sympathy on the passing of probably the oldest of the first Betancourt's descendants. You don't, by any chance, have a picture of my greatgrandfather, Manuel or Adele, do you?

Dear Rick, I was saddened to read of "Aggie's" passing. What a long and wonderful life she had. Her list of descendants was amazing. Please tell your Dad I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Theresa Kearney Christie

Dear Clarke Family,
Tommy, you probably do not remember me, but I lived on Cottage Drive from 1948 to 1954 across the street from Mrs. McMillan and catty corner to Ms. Gadik. I remember your Mom well. She was a very nice lady. I am keeping her, you and your family in my prayers. Due to a previous scheduled event I cannot make it to the wake; and work will keep me from the funeral.
God bless
Respectfully,
Maureen Caine
