There comes a time in our lives--if we are fortunate--when we meet a good man--a man who makes us feel comfortable in his presence. I was fortunate to have met Wayne Armstrong. He was proud of his sons and grandchildren. Now he is at peace in the arms of God. My sympathy to the Armstrong Family.
