Alejandro Saldana, Sr., 82, was born 12/31/1934 in Malakoff, TX. He peacefully passed away May 9th, 2017 surrounded by loved ones of all kind. Now resting in the warm arems of Our Father, he joings his wife, Lorenza Saldana, in eternal grace. A loving father, grandfather & male figure to others, his passion was to teach others the joys of the world. With past times varied from fishing, to barbecues & watching baseball in between, Alejandro, known as Guelo, was a man of all trades. By all trades, we mean--all. From fixing small and major things around the house utilizing his background in construction, to grabbing that one forgotten item at the grocery store for last minute family gatherings--Guelo could do it all. He is survived by 9 children, many grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren & many others that also loved him. Alejandro Saldana, Sr. will be missed immensely by all of the lives he impacted & his life, along with his wife's will be continued to be celebrated with remembrance to the legacy they left behind.
