Alford Alexander 91, of LaGrange, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2009, at The Richwood.
He was a member of LaGrange Baptist Church, an Army Veteran of WWII, a retired Corrections Officer for the Kentucky State Reformatory and L&N Railroad.
He was preceded in death by his son: Eugene Alexander; Sisters: Frances Arvin and Dorothy Allison.
Survivors include his wife: Mabel Taylor Alexander; daughters; Alfreda Becker (Fred), Doris Hiser (Ernest) and Betty Lou Denton (Frank); son: Charles D. Alexander (Sheila); sisters: Katherine Perkins, Virginia Hensley, Georgia Westrick (S.G.) and Flora Gibson; brother: Richard Alexander (Donetta); 11 Grandchildren and 10 Great grandchildren.
Funeral Service 11: 00 AM Monday at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Burial Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation 5-8 PM Sunday.
