Alfred Earl Stallings, 80, of Lothian, MD passed away December 17, 2016 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. He was born March 13, 1936 in Annapolis, MD to Joseph Plummer and Edna (Catterton) Stallings. Earl was raised on the family farm in Lothian and attended Anne Arundel County schools. Earl lived and worked his entire life his family's farm. His favorite pastime was bird hunting, especially quail and dove. Earl was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Carol Hyde. Earl is survived by his companion Shirley Dove, his sister Agnes Wayson, a brother Joseph "Bubba" Stallings, all of Lothian, and by nine nephews. Friends may call on Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Rausch Funeral Home, 8325 Mt. Harmony Lane, Owings, MD where a service and celebration of Earl's life will be held on Friday at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, Davidsonville, MD.
