Alice Webb Spradley died at home on January 9, 2018. She was born in Austin, Texas on November 12, 1924, and was married to Walter M. Spradley from September 6, 1947, until his death on November 6, 1993. Mrs. Spradley is survived by her children: Ernest Webb Spradley and his wife Deborah Hay Spradley; Charles Donelson Spradley and his wife Anne Bowles Spradley; and Alice Spradley Ogle and her husband Robin Dean Ogle; her grandchildren: Rachel Hay Spradley, Walter Bowles Spradley, Martin Webb Spradley, Ronald Marshall Alex, Jr., Jessica Werner Epperson and her husband Charles Douglas Epperson, and Deborah Alex Schneider and her husband Thomas Reynolds Schneider; and her great grandchildren Kathryn Elizabeth Epperson, Virginia Anne Epperson, Margaret Hay Epperson, Sarah Paige Schneider and Thomas Barrett Schneider. A private service for her immediate family will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, 106 E. 10th Street, Suite 200, Dallas, Texas 75203 or to the Highland Park Education Foundation, 4201 Grassmere Lane, Dallas, Texas 75205.
