Alice L Ouimet

Long time Roseville resident, Alice L. Ouimet passed away on June 10th, 2012 in Roseville, California at the age of 94 years. Alice was born on January 09, 1918 on the family farm in Ceylon, Sask. Canada. the daughter of Victor and Agnes (Ledoux) Bourassa, the thirteenth child in a family of sixteen.

Alice was preceded in death in 2005 by her cherished husband of 58 years, John L. Ouimet, by all her siblings. Orise Bourassa, Alphonsine Gilmore, Horace Bourassa, Joseph Bourassa, Gustave Bourassa, Agnes Fradette, Marie Jalbert, Alma Gathercole, SR. Eva Bourassa, Pierre Bourassa, Helene Fradette, Henri Bourassa, Lucienne Laliberte, Victor Bourassa and Etienne Bourassa.

A devoted homemaker, Alice enjoyed dancing, sewing, watching soaps and visiting with family and friends.
Alice is survived by her cherished family, sons, Renald Ouimet and his wife, Joanna of Lincoln, CA, Norman Ouimet of Galt, CA and Maurice Ouimet of Auburn, CA; 2 granddaughters, Susan Wilson and her husband, Sam and a great granddaughter, Emma of San Diego, CA and Teresa Duran and her husband, Ed and a great grandson, Noah of Sammamish, WA; She is survived by four sisters-in-law, Yvonne Bourassa, Germaine Bourassa and Anna Bourassa, Rosaline LeClaire and many loving Nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are welcome for Visitation on Thursday, June 14th from 4-7 P.M. with a Recitation of the Rosary at 6:00 P.M. at Lambert Funeral Home Chapel, 400 Douglas Blvd, Roseville, California and a Funeral Mass to follow on Friday, June 15th at 10:00 A.M. at St. Rose Catholic Church, 615 Vine Ave, Roseville, CA. Burial to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 7101 Verner Ave, Sacramento, CA.
