49, Greenwood – passed, with her family beside her, August 20, 2014. She was born July 24, 1965 in Indianapolis to the late Ervin and Nancy (Stinger) Murphy. She married Bryan K. Hanisch May 22, 1993. Amber's family remembers her as a person who helped everyone in need, one who always had an open heart and that never gave up on anyone. She was a loving and caring mother, a person who helped her community move, paint, and would even pay rent to support her extended family and friends. Amber was a compassionate person who was active in the Greenfield community. She donated cars to help friends and neighbors whenever and wherever...

Amber's family remembers her as a person who helped everyone in need, one who always had an open heart and that never gave up on anyone. She was a loving and caring mother, a person who helped her community move, paint, and would even pay rent to support her extended family and friends. Amber was a compassionate person who was active in the Greenfield community. She donated cars to help friends and neighbors whenever and wherever possible to assist with financial issues. Amber was loved by her community, family, and friends because she was never for a loss in sharing her love for all of them!

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Nancy Murphy, and brother, Steve Martin.

Amber is survived by her loving husband, Bryan K. Hanisch; daughter, Shannon Horner, son, Dylan Morrison, son, Jordan Hanisch, and daughter, Elisabeth Hanisch; sister, Connie (Harry) Gerhing, brothers, Doug (Brenda) Martin and Kenny Martin; Cindy Martinez; special friends, Beth Forbes and Cindy Priest; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 23rd from 1:00-3:00pm in Family Funeral Care, followed by Celebration of Life service at 3:00pm.
