Gin and Family: I'm sorry for your loss. I remember how sweet and loving your mom was with Gin and his brothers. I grew up with Gin and went to the same grammar school. So I got to see him with his mom a lot. These boys were always dressed so nicely and had the best toys and video games. I think you all were equally spoiled :) which was probably a big job and your mom (and dad) was the reason you had everything and more. I was very sad to hear these news and hope you all find comfort soon. May she rest in peace.

Dear Eugene and family --

Both Jessica and I are shocked and greatly saddened by this news. Your mother was an incredibly warm and generous person. As you know, she and my grandmother struck up a long friendship that went beyond being next door neighbors. They were always talking with each other over the fence and bringing things back and forth between our houses and, in the process, made our families good neighbors. The best neighbors we have ever had.

Amy was a nurse, but that encompassed more than her professions, for she cared deeply for others. She took care of my grandfather when he was ill, tending to wound around his operation; she came running over one night at 3 am without hesitation to help us with grandma who had nose bleeds and had to to Holy Cross; she assisted me with my mother in her last days with care and kindess. You mother was more than a nurse, she was more like an angel to us.

We are so sorry for your loss and can only hope that her time with you is the thing that gives you strength to endure the time without her.

With deep condolences,

Dan Cook and Jessica Clark
