You were a very sweet and loving person. Since I met you in ninth grade we have been good friends. I used to worry when you didn't come to school. I will miss your smile and the hugs I would get when we saw each other. God has gained an Angel for his heavenly choir.

Maria, Jason & family, I didn't know about Amy's most recent challenges with her health that eventually took her home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I'm sure that it would be very hard for me to imagine the struggles you've endured together over the years which have only made you and your love stronger. I know you both are very proud of her courage and for being such an inspiration to many others during her life. I know you will miss her every day, but just because you don't see her doesn't mean she isn't near you in spirit. Rev. Lewis's stories of Amy's life plus his own personal experiences gave me a bigger and better picture of a very special young lady. May God bless you in every area of your life and give you peace in your heart and joy in knowing that Amy is in the presence of the Lord. Love, Denny & Elizabeth Lunaas

To the family of Amy Michelle Millard Holiday, I didn't know her personally, but every year I watched the CF telethon, and I would see her, and it would make me happy to know that she had made it another year.
God has gained an angel, and she will be missed

Maria, I remember when I first met Amy...she was 6 years old. When I asked her to sing a solo in the children's Christmas program she was scared to death. But with her sweet voice she aced it!! I was so proud of her! I know the doctors predicted that she wouldn't make it past 7 years of age. But true to Amy's determination and fighting spirit she sure proved them all wrong! Survive and thrive she did! She really turned into an incredible young woman who always cared for others more than herself! I loved her dearly and will miss her so much! But I am so happy to know that she no longer struggles for each and every breath! She is healed and now has seen Jesus "face to face"!! I pray for you in the days ahead that God will wrap His loving arms around you and let you know that He loves you and so do many others!!

I met Amy at HJ and we became instant friends. We lost contact for a while after high school, but with the invention of social media we were able to reconnect. Finding Amy again was a blessing I can never replace. 14 months ago I was diagnosed with lung cancer and Amy has been there for me the whole way. Thank you to both God and her family for sharing such a beautiful spirit with us. I will miss Amy but I find peace in knowing that I have another angel to look after me. We are praying for strength and peace for y'all during this time.

Amy and I used to sit beside each other at the farmers market. She was so sweet and kind to everyone. She took a lot of time to explain about her plants. I thought she was one of the sweetest people I ever met and will miss her. The Lord be with you and your family at this time. Barbara Brooks

Maria, I grieve with you at the loss of your precious Amy. She touched so many in her short life, and you have shown such strength through all of it. I'll always remember that pretty little blonde--I always loved to see you come to my office when she was a little girl. May God's peace and comfort be yours to see you through the days ahead.
