Audrey and Patty, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Aunt Lou was a wonderful person who I always called on during my canning seasons. She never went by a recipe, but could tell me about how many handfuls of this and that. This summer when canning tomatoes, I called her to ask how long to boil them, it took her a minute but she remembered and my tomatoes turned out great. She will be greatly missed. Love ya'll Julie
