Anthony “Blue” Phillips, 69, of Pickens, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at Manna Health and Rehabilitation.
Born in Greenville County, he was the son of the late Clyde James and Gladys Audrey Miller Phillips. Anthony was retired from the South Carolina Department of Transportation, and he resided with his brother Joe. Anthony enjoyed laughing and karaoke with family and friends.
Surviving are seven siblings, Delores Chatseen (Larry), Maxine Breazeale (Marion), Becky Waters (Chuck), Gordon Phillips (Janet), Barry Phillips (Jan), Greg Phillips (Joyce), and Joe Phillips.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2016, at 3 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens.
