Very saddened by the loss, I shall forever treasure the memory of this extraordinary human being. We all remember his infectious enthusiasm and laughter and we still draw lessons from his wisdom, his generosity and humanity. When Toni talked about a painting, music, architecture or history, the depth of his experience and knowledge was captivating and enlightening. Toni was genuine in everything he did and admirably without any pretenses. I am proud to have been one of his many disciples in medicine. I drew from his knowledge and insights for all my career and will forever be grateful for his friendship, support and encouragement.
My deep sympathy to all his family

I will always remember and appreciate Dr. Antunez for believing in me and giving me a chance as I began my career working with him at CCF. He was a warm, caring person with a wonderful personality. He will be missed by many. My thoughts are with his family.

Tu sobrina.
Mª de los Ángeles

A mentor, a gentleman (and Mrs., a gentlewoman) who believed in the goodness of people, and who believed in me at the beginning of my career. It was my privilege to bask in the light of his mentorship and share no small number of mulligans over the years! He influenced my critical oncology thinking but more importantly, was a role model for leading with the heart. God Bless us all, for it will be a struggle to love life as much as he did. Our sympathies to the families of this great couple.

My sympathy to Marian and the family. I had the honor of being trained by Dr. Antunez at University Hospital. He was a caring physician and loved life. We often golfed together. His laugh was contagious. I am grateful to have shared a small part of life with him. Dr. Mark Thompson

I am so sorry for your loss. The Bible lovingly urges us to: "Draw close to God and he will draw close to you." (James 4:8) Seek him while he yet may be found.
