Armand R. Deslauriers, age 92, of Fall River died Thursday, April 17, 2014. He was the husband of the late Barbara (Kearns) Deslauriers. Born in Fall River, son of the late Onesiphore and Marie Louise (Croteau) Deslauriers he was a lifelong resident of the city. A Navy veteran, he served during World War II and was a member of the Swansea American Legion Post #303. He worked for the former Firestone Tire and Rubber for 29 years and later worked as a custodian at Bristol Community College, retiring in 1987. Surviving: two daughters: Paula A. Armand R. Deslauriers, age 92, of Fall River died Thursday, April 17, 2014. He was the husband of the late Barbara (Kearns) Deslauriers.

Born in Fall River, son of the late Onesiphore and Marie Louise (Croteau) Deslauriers he was a lifelong resident of the city. A Navy veteran, he served during World War II and was a member of the Swansea American Legion Post #303.

He worked for the former Firestone Tire and Rubber for 29 years and later worked as a custodian at Bristol Community College, retiring in 1987.

Surviving: two daughters: Paula A. Dube and husband Armand of Swansea and Carol Mesler and husband Craig of Fall River, three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was brother of the late Gerald Deslauriers, Zerila Cantara and Cecile Booth.

His funeral will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 8:30 AM from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter St., Fall River with a funeral mass at 10 AM in Holy Trinity Church, 951 Stafford Rd., Fall River. Visiting hours Tuesday 4PM - 7 PM, Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery.
