Art was the best neighbor ever! He could fix anything...in exchange for homemade chicken noodle soup. He adored his girls, treasured his entire family. Art was a man who lived his Christian values. A very special person.

To LaDonna and family: my sincerest sympathies go to you as well as prayers for your comfort. Just as Jesus rose from the dead, so will Art, and so will all believers. Since death excludes time, Art has already risen and knows the glories of our Triune God. He was a wonderful man and will be missed by many. The Lord be with you. Nancy Osbun
