A long time resident of Arlington, VA passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, June 4, 2017. Beloved wife of 66 years to Peter Bersano she is also survived by her children, Mary Lou Bersano, David (Trish) Bersano, Paul (the late Johnell) Bersano, and her grandchildren, John and Isabella. Born in Windsor, Connecticut, Mrs. Bersano worked for Hahn's Stores for some time as a bookkeeper, when she moved to Arlington, VA. She is preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and two sisters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Ann Catholic Church, 5312 10th Street North, Arlington, VA 22205, on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 10:30 am. Burial will follow at Columbia Gardens Cemetery.
