Audrey Raishein Beale (Yon) entered into life of eternal rest in the ever loving arms of her lord and savior, Jesus Christ on December 4th, 2013. All of her children and father were by her side at the Methodist West Hospital in Katy, TX.
Audrey was born on February 15, 1978 to Daniel Cannon Beale and the deceased Phyllis Gean Thomas-Beale in Johnson City, NY. (Deceased `May 2013)
Audrey was employed as a certified senior underwriter at the Houston Chase Bank through the time of her death. She always strived to achieve her career goals and was organizational daily at home and with her singing schedule both on and off the job. She desired to have the best while attending to the needs of her children, their school or weekend activities, and taking them to church to lead by example, to witness that God makes all things possible.
As a child, Audrey attended the Ross Corners Christian Academy of Appalachian, NY in conjunction with the Fred C. Johnson School. She participated in school plays and as a child sang in the Binghamton, NY Beautiful Plain Baptist Church children's choir, the Children of Israel. Audrey learned to play the piano at an early age while also having the talent and creativity to play by "ear" and to compose lyrics to her songs. Her father would encourage her in local studio recording sessions to play what she felt and created. She was raised in a family spanning generations of ministers of gospel teaching, of God's word and the promise of eternal life. Most notably, Bishop Claudette Anderson-Copeland of San Antonio TX.
As she matured, her desire and aspirations of having a gospel artist status accelerated when she relocated to Orlando, Florida where she joined and sang on the praise and worship team at the Faith World Church with Rev. Clint Brown, Pastor. She later moved on to relocate to Houston, TX where she continued her ministry of music as well as an actress in the cast of "The Confessions of a Preacher's Wife", written and directed by Bryan Keyth-Wilson in 2007 . Audrey's dream of becoming a gospel recording artist, with the name "Raishein", came to pass when she released her CD debut, produced with Raishein Productions, Believe.
She has since released various other CD recordings, traveled to numerous U.S. cities for concerts, and had a music video played on BET Video Gospel and JCTV. Furthermore, Her music is still being played on Houston radio stations. She had live performances with notable gospel recording artists, and sang whenever and wherever asked, to promote inspiration to thousands but also to anyone in her testimony to persuade to believe and know her savior, Jesus the Christ. She felt compelled to testify and encourage through music. She was not ashamed of the gospel. She used the many venues of social media today to proclaim her faith. Her autobiography can be found on the internet as well.
Most recently, Audrey gained encouragement when she became a member of The Fountain of Praise Worship Center and praise team, located in Houston, TX. Audrey's ambition, and goals were centered around her love of gospel music and her constant inspiration with testimony in song. Her music was a harmony of love and faith in Jesus.
Audrey leaves to cherish her memory, her father Daniel Cannon Beale and his wife, Jessie Y. Beale of Endwell, NY.; Her six loving children: Allicea Anise, Michael Daniel, Audriauna Tanesha, Tatiauna Tajanae, Yasmin Rain, and Joseph Alexander, who all who resided with her in Houston, TX. Two sisters; Nikira Jenee in Syracuse, NY and Sierra Victoria who also resided with her in Houston, TX. ; Her grandmother, Annie Miriam Beale of Johnson City, NY and her three step-sisters; Melissa Archie-Burton, and Roberta Archie of Maryland, and Georgette Archie of Endicott, NY.
Throughout her battle with breast cancer, Audrey was surrounded with caring gestures and her church family in the form of The Fountain of Praise Church and clergy. Many have showed her acts of kindness, visits, cards and compassion during her battle with cancer. She leaves family of cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends who encouraged her to keep faith and to fight the battle that the lord had in his control.
Audrey is in heaven now and will join those loved ones who have predeceased her: her mother Phyllis Gean Thomas- Beale of Syracuse, NY (deceased May 2013), and her grandfather Joseph John Beale of Johnson City (deceased December 1999) and grandparents David and Gracie Thomas, originally from Georgia.
