Aundria Faye Skipper-Allen, 66, of Poplarville died Thursday October 27, 2011 at her residence in the care of her family.
She was retired from Pearl River County, Mississippi as the Tax Assessor/Collector.
Survivors include two daughters, Judy Allen of Austin, Arkansas and Cassandra Simmons and her husband Danny of Poplarville, Mississippi; one son, Kevin Allen and his wife Donna of Poplarville, Mississippi; one brother, Bill Skipper of Picayune, Mississippi; three sisters, Shirley Sampson, Sherry LaVigne, both of Picayune, Mississippi and Mona Boudreaux of Poplarville, Mississippi; four grandchildren, Douglas Slade Skipper, Whitney Penton, Trevor Penton, and Brittany Skipper; and two great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Mitchell and Kaylynn Osborne.
She is preceded in death by her parents, B.J. and Verlia Burge Skipper and her husband of 44 years, Melvin Allen.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.

Faye was always such a happy person and had a smile for everyone. Just remember that God has strength for us that we nver knew about. He will bare all our burdens if we will let Him..
