Kim, your mother was such a sweet lady. She always had a smile on her face when I came to visit her in her room. I'm glad she has no more suffering. I am keeping you and your family in my prayers. You know to call me if you need us. Tom and Dottie

Aunt Autry was certainly a trooper. She wasn't one to have a 'pity party'. Even when we visited her in the nursing home, she would always have the biggest smile!! I imagine the moment her feet touched 'Glory', she began to walk as she has been wanting to for so long!! I also think she will be serving 'tea cakes' to others! My, how I use to love to stay the night at her house for usually there was always a treat. As I reflect back to those days, I wonder how she managed. God was with her even then! She will certainly leave a void in the lives of those that loved her; but it's not goodbye, just see her later! My mom, Doris, can't type a message but she has certainly enjoyed her sister and as I showed her the pictures last night she said 'I miss you, sister'! What else can be said! May God's peace be with the family as we know Aunt Autry is certainly at peace forever! Job well done cousins!!! Love you all! In lieu of flowers, our family will be buying Gideon Bibles in memory of Autry Rutherford to be placed where the 'lost' can be reached. You will receive confirmation; I believe she cared about everyone and this is great way to carry on her love for others!!

To a special sister that I loved so much. Have wonderful memories of the times I've shared with her. My only sadness is I cannot sit and have another conversation with her. I'm consoled that she is now with our " Heavenly Father" and family there. My nieces I love you, all,& so proud of how you showed your mother you loved by the way you took care of her. Thank you from this sister. S.M.P
